The British Council IELTS on Computer + Paper (IoC+P) option is now open for registration, with the test format being introduced at Mentors’ branches in phases.
The first IoC+P test will begin at the Mirpur Branch on 6 October 2026 in the PM1 slot. Following this, IoC+P will start at the Kalabagan Branch from 13 October 2026.

From 13 October onwards, IoC+P tests will be held every Tuesday in the PM1 slot at both Mirpur and Kalabagan branches.
With IELTS on Computer + Paper (IoC+P), candidates can experience the benefits of computer-based testing while completing their Writing answers by hand.
Listening and Reading will be completed on a computer. For the Writing component, questions will be displayed on the computer screen, while candidates will write their answers by hand on the provided answer sheets. Speaking will continue to be conducted in person.
