- Course Duration: 3 Years(Science, Commerce, Liberal Arts,Law), 6-8 years(Medicine), 4 years(Engineering) for undergraduate program and 2 Years(Science, Commerce, Liberal Arts,Law) for post graduate program.
- Part Time Job Option: 44 hrs per fortnight(During Semester), fulltime(During Vacation)

Admission Process

Step 1
- Get free initial counseling, explore available options, and receive tips on choosing a suitable university/institution.
- Submit the following documents: Certified copies of academic certificates, mark sheets, and professional certificates. IELTS/TOEFL/PTE result. CV, Statement of Purpose (SOP), and work experience certificates (if applicable) & salary bank statement/pay slips of last 6 months.
- Copy of passport.
- Evidence of any education gap (if required).
- Immigration history of the applicant.
Step 2
- Institutions may take 3 to 6 weeks to confirm admission.
- Receive the Offer Letter from the institution.
- Provide the sponsor's papers (any close relative can sponsor, but first-blood sponsors are highly preferred). Moreover, it is a must to show minimum funds for 1-year tuition fees + 1-year living costs + travel costs.
- Sponsor documentation may vary based on the sponsor's profession & income source.
- Basic sponsor’s documents include: Bank certificate/statement, - Tax certificate & return copy, Salary certificate, job certificate, or trade license, Property/revenue information, and Affidavit of financial support.
- Sources of funds depend on the individual case, such as Job income, business ownership income, or house rent. Income from abroad, agriculture, or land valuation certificates.
- Submit financial documents to the university for GSR (Genuine Student Requirement) assessment.
- In the GSR process, the university may conduct a GS interview.
- Upon GSR approval, the university issues an unconditional offer letter
Step 3
- After receiving an unconditional offer letter, students can pay tuition fees and OSHC (Overseas Student Health Cover) through bank transfer (only pay directly to the university's account).
- Receive an eCOE (Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment) from the university and get ready for the visa application
Visa Process
Step 1
- After receiving eCoE, students need to share some updated documents like updated bank statements
- Submit additional required documents: Police clearance certificate, Relation proof documents (e.g., birth certificate, national ID)
- Apply for the Student Visa (subclass 500) online via the DHA portal
- Pay visa fee AUD 1600
- After submitting the visa application, students need to complete biometrics & medical tests from DHA-appointed centers
- Processing time: 4-16 weeks (may vary)
- For students under 18 years, evidence of welfare and consent arrangements is mandatory
- Note: Ensure all financial documents and sponsor details are accurate and complete for smooth processing
