Admission Process

Admission

Step 1

  • Get free initial counselling, explore available options, and receive tips on choosing a suitable university.
  • Submit Photocopies of all academic certificates/transcripts/professional certificates (if any).
  • Two copies of passport-sized photos.
  • Copies of the passport.

Step 2

  • Get all academic papers attested/notarized by the Institution Attended, Educational Board, or Foreign Ministry (as required by the university).
  • Postgraduate students need to provide:CV,Two Letters of Reference (LOR),Work experience documents (if applicable).
  • Provide bank solvency certificates as required by the institution.
  • Pay university application fees (non-refundable) and courier fees of Tk 2,000 per university (if required).

Step 3

  • The institution may take 4 to 12 weeks to confirm admission.
  • Offer Letter (OL) will be received.
  • Payment of the first semester’s costs may be required via Bank FTT.
  • A service charge of Tk 5,000 (non-refundable) applies

Visa Process

Step 1

  • Submit sponsor’s papers. (First-blood sponsor is preferred.)
  • Show at least one year of equivalent tuition and living costs in the sponsor’s bank account for 3 to 4 months.
  • Required sponsor documents:Bank certificate/statement, TIN certificate, Salary certificate/job certificate, Trade license (if applicable),Property/revenue information. Affidavit of financial support.
  • Guidance will be provided based on the sponsor’s nature of income.

Step 2

  • Submit the visa application once all documentation is complete.
  • Visa Fees: CAD $235.
  • No interview required.
  • Open a 'student file' at any bank and transfer the first semester’s tuition fees to the university (if not done earlier).

Step 3

  • Guidance for travel planning, accommodation arrangements, airport pick-up, and orientation.
